Yes I think racism is still used today. I hear racist words between people everyday at my school. If it is used in school then it is still used in the world in 2014. I think racism will never be stopped. It will carry on for years and years to come.

I think the justices should stay the way they are. I don't like the idea of the justices serving for their life span. It isn't fair to any other candidate that wants to run for the office. That's why I think the justices need to stay the way they are.

The disease is spreading throughout Guinea. It is a deadly disease and it is killing people everyday. People are suggested to keep clean and don't touch any positions that belong to dead or ill. They advise people to stay away from eating animals that come from the bush because the meat can be contaminated.

3-20 Notes

-Inferior Courts were created to function beneath the supreme court.
- They have 12 Judicial Districts
- They have 677 Judges.
- There are 94 district courts.
-A multi Judge panel is when more than one Judges vote on a case.
- Alien Terrorist Remove Courts are 5 year terms.
- Aliens are from a foreign Country.
- District Courts hear both criminal and Civil Cases.
- A civil case has to do with money.
- A criminal case has to do against you. A crime you committed.
- Most decisions in the federal district courts are final meaning the cases start and end there.
- A few cases go to higher court.
- Each court has 6-28 Judges and 1 supreme Court Justice is assigned to each district.
- The court of appeals for the federal court hear nation wide cases.
- Normally have 3 judge panels.
- A federal trial court only tries civil cases that arise out of the nations customs.
- There is 9 Judges.

Assignment 3-19

Ground Floor:
1. In the Filing Room, over 8000 petitions are sent in each year and hope they are granted by the members of the supreme court.
2. The press room is used for the supreme court to release opinions.
1st Floor:
1. The Conference Rooms are utilized for events of the Court as well as occasional television appearances by the Justices.
2. The Lawyers Lounge Room is where attorneys will gather for final preparations and instructions before entering the Courtroom for oral argument in front of the nine justices.
2nd Floor:
1. Justices gather in a private second floor Dining hall to have an informal, yet traditional lunch together after their courtroom experience.
2. The John Marshall Dining Room is a  private room just for the Justices, it contains portraits of James Madison and William Marbury from the famous Marbury v. Madison case establishing judicial review.
3rd Floor:
1. The Supreme Court Library contains all the volumes of State and Federal law as well as many other legal books and documents.
2. The Supreme Court Library is located on the third floor of the Supreme Court building, this private room is for the use of the Supreme Court as well members of the Supreme Court bar.

In my opinion, the flight being lost is kind of hard to believe. I don't understand how a airplane can become lost in the sky. They have so much advanced technology now. I don't get how the plane isn't traceable. The US needs to consider the chances the plane has been taken over by terrorist. And need to plan incase this has happened.
