6. Washington DC Navy Yard Shooting. Aaron Alexis was under "the delusional belief that he was being controlled or influenced by extremely low frequency electromagnetic waves" before he embarked on a bloody shooting rampage at the Washington Navy Yard.
7. Syria Chemical Attack Allegation. A team of UN chemical weapons inspectors have confirmed that the nerve agent sarin was used in an attack on the Ghouta agricultural belt around Damascus on the morning of 21 August.
8. Detroit files for bankruptcy. The ruling opens the door for the city to cut billions of dollars in payments that are owed to city employees, retirees, investors and other creditors.
9. London shocked after brutal machete attack. A brazen, brutal attack near a military barracks in London left one man dead and two suspects in the hospital in what British Prime Minister David Cameron said appeared to be a terror-related incident.
10. Scientists successfully cloned human stem cells. It's been 17 years since Dolly the sheep was cloned from a mammary cell. And now scientists applied the same technique to make the first embryonic stem cell lines from human skin cells.

Police doesn't have the right to snoop in other peoples business and go through somebodies cell phone. They should have a warrant or probable cause to be able to go through your phone. We don't have any type of privacy. Everywhere we go or everything we do is monitored by somebody.
 To monitor what people may say or the actions they do. They might be worried about people planning a attack. I think they need to monitor people outside of the US calling people in the US. They need to listen to the foreign calls people send out.

I don't think the NSA should be allowed to collect your personal information without a search warrant. They need to have a reason or probable cause to search somebody.

I think it would be able to happen in the US. The father must be insecure or unsure about his feelings for his family. The family is broken because the baby. Its not the baby's fault. It didn't ask to be brought into this world.

Because it causes havoc. It can bother or hurt peoples feelings or thoughts.

I think convicts and felons have the same amount of right to vote as a regular person. It could make a big difference in the amount of votes. All are equal even if you've committed a crime.
